Right of Withdrawal & Withdrawal Form
Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or professional activity.
A. Instructions on Withdrawal
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
Excluded from the right of withdrawal, exchange, or return are items such as perfume, boxer shorts, socks, or other similar underwear items.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us and except for regular delivery costs if the contract is not completely withdrawn), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods if your order is not completely returned.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
General Information

Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to provide adequate protection against transport damage.

Please do not return goods to us freight collect.

Please note that compliance with the above points 1-2 is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
